This spacious, (4124 sq ft) beautiful, comfortable home offers you and your friends/ family 5
bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There is a gas fireplace (turned off June to Sept.) in the living room,
dining room, master bedroom and bath.
The ground floor has a large bedroom (Queen and Double Beds) and tiled bath (4'x 4' shower).
The 1st floor has the kitchen with breakfast bar and pass thru window to the huge screened
porch(gas grill), dining room, family room (opens to the porch and large deck), living room (queen
size sofa bed), laundry/pantry, 1/2 bath and garage.
The 2nd floor has the large, wonderful master suite with a King size bed, (3.5'x 6'whirlpool tub
+ 4'x 5' tile and glass 2 person shower, double marble sinks), 2 medium size bedrooms (Queen
size beds) and a big bedroom (queen and double beds) with its own stairs to the 1st floor, and a
tiled bathroom (3'x 6' whirlpool tub/shower)and double marble sinks. All bedrooms and the family
room have a ceiling fan, and there is central heat and air conditioning, and windows that open
(with screens) to let the fresh breezes flow thru.
The LR, FR, and ground floor master bedroom has a TV, VCR player in FR. DVD in living
room. There's lots of off street parking, and yard space for the kids to run and play. There's a
new pool - bring your beach towels.
Cozy bedding and fluffy bath towels supplied.
The kitchen is supplied with all the pots/pans/dishes, etc. you need to prepare and serve
meals. We try to stock the basics (salt, pepper, spices, sugar, flour, plastic wrap, etc.). If you run
short of something, we live next door, and a 24 hr grocery store is 2 miles away. We'll supply the
ingredients for breakfast the 1st morning.
Rates: for up to 6 people - $400.00/night or $2,000.00/week, plus 7.1% taxes
Note; For less than 10 people the ground floor is NOT available.
Each additional person - $50.00/night or 250.00per/week.
Children under the age of 12 stay FREE.
Limit: 16 people, 2 dogs.($20.00 per night or $100.00per week)
Need more rooms? We have 5 guest rooms at our Bed and Breakfast.( Max 18 people)
