This spacious, (4124 sq ft) beautiful, comfortable home offers you and your friends/ family 5
bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There is a gas fireplace (turned off June to Sept.) in the living room,
dining room, master bedroom and bath.
The ground floor has a large bedroom (Queen and Double Beds) and tiled bath (4'x 4' shower).
The 1st floor has the kitchen with breakfast bar and pass thru window to the huge screened
porch(gas grill), dining room, family room (opens to the porch and large deck), living room (queen
size sofa bed), laundry/pantry, 1/2 bath and garage.
The 2nd floor has the large, wonderful master suite with a King size bed, (3.5'x 6'whirlpool tub +
4'x 5' tile and glass 2 person shower, double marble sinks), 2 medium size bedrooms (Queen size
beds) and a large bedroom (queen and double beds) with its own stairs to the 1st floor, and a tiled
bathroom (3'x 6' whirlpool tub/shower)and double marble sinks. All bedrooms and the family
room have a ceiling fan, and there is central heat and air conditioning, and windows that open
(with screens) to let the fresh breezes flow thru.
The LR, FR, and master bedroom have TV's. There's a VCR player in FR and a DVD player in the
living room. There's lots of off street parking, and a big yard with soft grass for the kids to run and
play. A 1 car garage on the first floor is included.
The kitchen is supplied with all the pots/pans/dishes,appliances etc. you'll need to prepare and
serve meals. We try to stock the basics (salt, pepper, spices, sugar, flour, plastic wrap, etc.). If you
run short of something, we live next door, and a 24 hr Wal-Mart is 2 miles away. We'll supply the
ingredients for breakfast the 1st morning.
Bed spreads/ blankets and pillows are supplied. For an additional $10.00 per bed, we will provide
sheets, pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels.
Rates: for up to 6 adults (age 12 yrs +) - June 15 to October 31
$2,000 per week or Stays of less then 7 nights can include
1 night = $400.00 each Friday OR Saturday nights, not both.
2 nights = $350.00 each
3 to 6 nights = $300.00 each
Plus 7.1% sales/room tax
Each additional adult - $50.00/night or 250.00per/week.
Children under the age of 12 $10.00 ea per night
Maximum occupancy 18 people.
Well behaved pets are welcome. Limit 2. ($20.00 per night or $80.00per week)
Note: less than 10 people - the ground floor is NOT included.
$250.00 Security deposit required. Returned within 10 days
